Professional Clothes Drive
Problem: Young adults often face challenges accessing professional clothing and/or don’t know how to dress professionally. Several factors include cost, awareness and education, availability, etc.
Solution: ACTS created a business professional closet that consists of professional clothing for men and women to wear for interviews, jobs, and other professional environments. ACTS will host several clothes drive in the DFW and St. Louis area, taking donations from the community and donating to local career closets, women and men’s shelters, etc.
Brand To Success
What is the event
Join us for the Brand to Success event, designed to help you effectively brand yourself to employers. This event features a professional headshot, an insightful seminar on personal branding, and a networking hour to connect with peers and industry leaders.
Problem: There aren’t many resources available to young professionals in or entering their career that assist them with branding/projecting themselves as professionals to employer
Solution: ACTS created an annual personal branding seminar event that supports young professionals looking to level up their professional image. This is relevant to ACTS mission in providing adequate resources in career development to young professionals.

Women in Business Brunch & Learn
What is the event
Adorn Boss Presents: Women in Business Brunch & Learn is an educational initiative designed to empower aspiring and established women entrepreneurs through business education, mentorship, networking, and access to valuable resources. Sponsorships help provide free and low-cost educational programming, expert-led workshops, scholarships, and community-building opportunities that equip women with the knowledge, confidence, and support needed to build sustainable businesses, create economic opportunity, and strengthen their communities.
The Problem: Many women know they want to start or grow an online business but feel overwhelmed by information overload, expensive coaching programs, and conflicting advice. Others have already started their businesses but are experiencing burnout because they built their businesses without the systems, strategy, community, or support needed to create long-term success. They don't just need more information—they need clarity, implementation, and an environment that helps them consistently move forward.
Our Solution: Women in Business Brunch & Learn is a hands-on educational initiative that combines expert-led workshops, implementation, mentorship, networking, and community to help women build sustainable online businesses that support the lifestyle they truly want. Each workshop provides practical strategies women can begin implementing immediately while learning from experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts across multiple areas of online business. Beyond entrepreneurship, we also equip women with knowledge in leadership, financial literacy, investing, wealth-building, and personal development because we believe business ownership is a tool for creating generational wealth, greater freedom, and lasting impact. By surrounding women with the right education, relationships, accountability, and opportunities, we're helping them build businesses—and lives—they don't need to escape from.
